How have you grown personally and professionally? I have become more understanding of the challenges that other educators face each day. I have become much more aware of perpectives from people from many different school districts and very diverse backgrounds.
What are 3 major criticisms from the Concordia Graduate Program? They need to be more consistant so that each graduate receives the same education and comes out with the same training/skills. They need to improve communcation processes.
What do you hope to get from this class
Knowledge and experiences that are practical and easily applied to real life situations in the life of a principal.
